These terms apply when you buy one of my online courses or CPD trainings through Thinkific. Please read
them before you buy.

Who we are

Courses are provided by Clare Jarvis, trading as South Downs Pilates (sole trader). Contact:
[email protected].

What you are buying

When you buy a course, you get access to the course content on Thinkific. This may include video lessons,
handouts and resources. Courses are educational. They are not medical advice, and completing a course
does not by itself qualify you to teach, unless the course description says so. Each course gives you a
certificate of completion and CPD points accredited by CIMSPA. The number of points is shown in each
course description.

How long you have access

You have access for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that, your access ends. If I change or retire
a course, I will give you reasonable notice.

Price and payment

The price is shown at checkout, in pounds sterling. I am not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Courses are
paid for in full at checkout. Payment is taken by Thinkific and its payment provider.
Instant access and your right to cancel

Courses are digital content that you can start using straight away. Normally, UK consumers have 14 days to
cancel an online purchase. Because you get immediate access to the whole course, by ticking the box at
checkout you:

• ask me to give you access to the course immediately, and

• accept that you will lose your right to cancel and receive a refund once you have accessed the
course.

That means once you have accessed the course content, I can't offer a refund. If you want to look around
before deciding, please contact me before you buy and I will happily answer your questions.

Your legal rights
This doesn't affect your statutory rights. If a course is faulty, doesn't work, or isn't as described, you are
entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as the law allows. Please contact me and I will sort it out.

Licence and copyright

When you buy a course, I give you a personal, non-transferable licence to view it for your own learning. All
course content is my copyright. You must not copy, record, download (unless I have provided a download), share, resell, publish or give access to anyone else, including by sharing your login. One purchase is for one
person. If you do share, I may end your access without a refund and take further action.

Using what you learn

You are welcome to use what you learn in your own teaching. You may not reproduce my course materials,
handouts or videos as your own, or teach my courses as your own.

Your account and data

Your name, email and progress are stored in Thinkific and used to run the course and issue certificates. See
the Privacy Policy. Please keep your login details private.

If something goes wrong

Please contact me at [email protected] and I will reply within 5 working days. If I need to
cancel or substantially change a course, I will tell you and offer you a fair solution, including a refund where
appropriate.

Changes and governing law

I may update these terms. The version at the time of purchase applies to your purchase. These terms are
governed by the law of England and Wales.
